  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Kitchlix will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


8. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

We will contact you for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
